Our Work
What we did last. Not last year.
AI Adoption Sprint
Global marketing and advertising group.
400–500 employees across North America, Europe and APAC. The business is known for its creative and strategic output, making the quality and consistency of its people and processes central to their commercial edge.
Looking for targeted AI Adoption Sprints to drive use case ideation, tool selection, standardised adoption, and business value realisation across every team.

The Client’s Current Situation
What the client's situation was.
01
Unstandardised operating model for AI
AI usage was unstandardised (different tools, prompts, and approaches), creating inconsistent outputs. No value realisation from the AI tools they had.
02
Fear of AI replacing people
Pockets of the organisation were sceptical about using AI, driven by fear of role displacement and concerns about quality and control.
03
Competitive pressure on margin & time
Competitors were increasingly undercutting on cost and delivering faster turnaround, forcing a step-change in internal efficiency and throughput.
04
Shadow AI + data risk exposure
Teams were using personal AI accounts to get work done, increasing the risk of client confidentiality breaches and GDPR non-compliance – uncontrolled data sharing, weak auditability, and unclear retention and processing terms.
Our Approach
Self-sustaining AI adoption.
8-week sprints, workshop-led, built on detailed workflow mapping as the starting point
Craft vs. Graft framework to prioritise and explain use cases
Tailored training for all personality types, so that everyone is brought along, not just the enthusiasts
AI Champions trained first, who then lead their teams – train-the-trainer, not top-down
“Feel the Delta” Labs to make the shift tangible, not just theoretical
Playbooks, SOPs, cheat sheets so standardisation outlasts the sprint
Built for self-sustaining evolution; building resilience over reliance on us to keep up with constantly evolving technology
What We Delivered
A coordinated, multi-team programme.
Every team ran the same proven 8-week structure.
Weeks 1-4
Design
Map workflows, capture & vote pain points, ideate and finalise use cases. Pain points voted by the team – ownership built in from day one.
Weeks 5-8
Enable
Build SOPs, playbook, cheat sheets & training; run “Feel the Delta” labs.
Weeks 7-8
Adopt
Live use, regroups, measure delta vs baseline, build future AI operating model & celebrate.
Triaging every pain point: AI-solvable, organisation & governance, or system & integration. A discipline that protected credibility – not every problem is an AI problem.
Phase 1
Creative
Phase 2
Account Management + Project Management, Finance, Media
Phase 3
PR, Social, HR, Strategy, Intel, GTM and the Senior Leadership Team
Who We Were Working With
The three personas we have seen.
Persona 1
The power users
Already heavy users of AI tools — self-taught and experimenting individually.
Persona 2
The not-so-confident enthusiasts
Use little or no AI. Open and curious, but unsure where to start or how to get quality results.
Persona 3
The passionate sceptics
Understand AI’s potential but worry about quality, originality, ethics and job security.
The Outcome
Measurable shift - across every team.
Behavioural shift – Phase 2 cohort, kick-off vs. close.
Tool clarity
‘No idea which tool to use’ fell to zero
Prompting depth
5–10 prompt iterations per task – structured AI collaboration
Output complexity
AI for complex outputs, as basic email drafting fell away
Sprint Sentiment
In the client's own words.
Zero negative responses across 53 close-out statements · 96% explicitly positive · three teams · 74 respondents at close-out.
Value figure assumes a £50,000 average salary and a 40-hour week. Phase 1 at an assumed 25% time saving; phases 2 and 3 at the hours teams reported or expected to save from their priority use cases, applied across full headcount. Counts only the 127 embedded priority use cases – the 480+ further use cases in the library are upside on top. Quotes anonymised; client and individuals not identified.
