30 years+ as a strategy consultant and expert in leadership development, facilitating C-Suite strategies and delivering over 10,000 hours of leadership development to 7,000+ executives. Expertise includes diversity & inclusion, high-performance teams, agile strategy, resilience, and authentic leadership. Clients include L’Oréal, Oracle, EDF, Orange, Honda, ITT, Lloyds Banking Group, LVMH, Chanel, plus professional services and ambitious SMEs like Ad Valorem, Gravity Global, KSV and EA-RS . Author of three leadership books and numerous journal articles.

Over 15 years, Priyesh has delivered this across sectors - from FTSE 100 retailers like Tesco and JD Sports, to global pharmaceuticals
including Novartis, Roche and Sanofi, to defence manufacturers, financial services firms, and most recently one of the world's largest
marketing and advertising agencies, where he led their AI adoption programme end-to-end driving a ~48x ROI.

He has held MD roles in the life safety, security and IT services sectors, and led large scale divisions of UK, US and Swedish stock listed companies. Jim founded Rathbone Results to make a tangible difference to the profitable and sustainable growth of organisations.

She grew a start-up health consultancy from zero to £20m in seven years before its sale to Mott MacDonald Group, where she went on to lead a business generating around £80m in revenue. For more than a decade, Marcia has worked with 100+ SMEs on growth, succession and exit, helping businesses establish effective boards and prepare for successful exits. She is an investor and holds NED, Board Advisor and Growth Expert roles across several businesses.
Our Senior Associates

Sally has experience across a range of roles in engineering including operations, manufacturing, quality, business improvement, manufacturing technology and functional strategy. She is both a Lean six sigma black belt and a Lean coach. She has worked with customers, suppliers and colleagues across US, Europe and Asia.

With over 20 years in executive leadership, she brings deep expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and team development to enhance performance and client satisfaction. As a certified coach and skilled facilitator, she designs and delivers tailored leadership programs that foster high-performing and purpose-driven teams.

At Rathbone Results, Vidit works across data engineering, business intelligence and AI adoption, building dashboards, data pipelines and AI-powered tools that clients can use in their day-to-day operations. His experience spans machine learning, NLP, large language models and generative AI across financial services, retail and engineering.
Vidit's strength is turning technical possibilities into useful solutions — reducing manual effort, improving decision-making and creating AI and data capabilities that continue to deliver value beyond the engagement.

José started his Business Advisor career in 2012. Mentoring at MD level, he helped secure large national contracts, create and implement efficient business tools and provide expert knowledge to run the company efficiently. Ultimately José successfully merged 2 security installers to create a security division for the acquiring PLC.

At Rathbone Results, Amalia has supported AI adoption across 10 teams and around 180 people, including executive leadership teams. She facilitates workshops, analyses workflows and identifies practical opportunities where AI can improve how people work — helping organisations move from curiosity about AI to tangible use cases.
Her research experience across pharmaceutical, cosmetic and marketing environments gives her a strong ability to interrogate complex information, identify patterns and uncover opportunities others may miss. Amalia turns those insights into clear, commercially relevant recommendations that help clients make better decisions and find where AI can make a meaningful difference.

He has worked across more than 20 major organisations, developing data and analytics capabilities, customer and patient experience strategies, operating models and AI-enabled transformation roadmaps. He combines strategic clarity with hands-on delivery, leading cross-functional teams through complex change.
Greg brings a calm, collaborative approach to transformation, connecting customer, employee and business needs to help organisations make better decisions, build capability and deliver sustainable results.

He has held senior roles driving transformation across global manufacturing organisations, developing manufacturing strategies and leading initiatives spanning automation, digital inspection, smart technologies and data-driven continuous improvement.
Reuben combines deep manufacturing expertise with a practical approach to technology adoption — helping organisations improve efficiency, strengthen operational performance and turn innovation into measurable business value.

During a pivotal ten-year period, Steve led the growth of a UK business from £8m to more than £50m and subsequently oversaw the acquisition and integration of six European security companies. He understands first-hand the challenges of scaling a business while maintaining performance, alignment and culture.
Steve brings a pragmatic, commercially focused perspective to transformation - helping leadership teams turn strategy into action, align organisations behind change and build sustainable growth.
