Cora Lynn Heimer Rathbone is passionate about unlocking the potential of individuals, teams and organisations to outperform the competition, bringing extensive experience working with senior leaders and leadership teams in the UK, Europe, USA, Latin America and the MENA region.

Cora Lynn also brings a 30-year management consultant and trusted advisor background, facilitating Board and business-unit strategies and coaching executives and leadership teams.

Typical engagements include designing and delivering bespoke leadership programs for global businesses including, L’Oréal, Oracle, EDF Groupe, Orange France Telecom and Honda.

Cora Lynn is also the author of three books about People and numerous articles in leadership journals. Born in Cuba, she grew up in the US Virgin Islands. She has lived in Brazil, the USA, France, and the UK. She is multicultural, multilingual and can speak four languages.

Andrew Bailey is a Chartered Engineer with over 25 years of experience helping CEOs and senior leaders develop strategies, improve performance and grow their businesses.

He is an expert in the operations of complex engineering and technology firms, having spent his career in Defence, Formula One, and FinTech/AI. He has created and run large Business Intelligence (BI) teams and overseen or directly supported the adoption of HR, ERP, and finance systems such as SAP, MS Dynamics, and Workday.

Andrew has held senior positions in defence, shipbuilding, quantitative financial research, Formula One, automotive and asset management. These include Babcock, QinetiQ, McLaren Racing, Schroders and G Research.
